Terms of Service

Draft policy prepared for Reputex Systems. Review it, fill in the legal entity details, and have it checked before publishing. Payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree) require these three pages to be live on your domain before they activate your account.

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of any workshop seat or service from __LEGAL_NAME__ ("Reputex Systems", "we", "us"). By registering or engaging us, you agree to them.

1. The live workshop

• The workshop is delivered live online (Zoom) on the dates shown at the time of registration. Timings are in IST.
• The joining link and materials are sent to the WhatsApp number and email you register with. Keep them accurate.
• One seat admits one business owner. Sharing links or recordings is not permitted.
• Templates, prompts and procedures provided are licensed to you for use in your own business. They may not be resold or redistributed.
• If we must reschedule, we will offer the next cohort or a full refund (see the Refund Policy).

2. Done-for-you builds

Custom builds are governed by a separate written scope and quotation agreed before work starts. Those documents prevail over these terms where they differ. Unless the scope says otherwise: you own the accounts, data and configuration of the system we build; we retain the right to reuse our general methods, templates and know-how; and post-handover support runs for 30 days.

3. Payments and GST

Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is charged where applicable and a tax invoice is issued. Payments are processed by a third-party gateway under its own terms. Your seat or engagement is confirmed only once payment is received.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for holding the necessary rights to any data you bring into a system, and for complying with laws that apply to your business (including WhatsApp Business messaging policies and consent from your customers).

5. No guarantee of business results

We build systems and teach you how to use them. Outcomes such as revenue, leads or savings depend on your business and your team; we make no guarantee of specific results. Third-party services (AI providers, WhatsApp, payment gateways) may change their pricing or features; we are not responsible for such changes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a workshop or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Intellectual property

This website, its content and our training materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or republish them without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at __CITY__ have exclusive jurisdiction.
