Refund & Cancellation Policy

Draft policy prepared for Reputex Systems. Review it, fill in the legal entity details, and have it checked before publishing. Payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree) require these three pages to be live on your domain before they activate your account.
Workshop seats (₹51 + GST)
- Cancellation by you: the seat fee is a nominal commitment fee and is non-refundable once the joining link has been sent. If you cannot attend, write to us before Day 1 and we will move you to the next cohort at no charge.
- Cancellation or rescheduling by us: you may choose a seat in the next cohort or a full refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- Technical issues on our side that prevent delivery of a session entitle you to a replacement session or a full refund.
Done-for-you builds
- Advance payments cover scoping and build work that begins immediately, and are refundable only for the portion of work not yet started, as set out in your written scope.
- If we fail to deliver the agreed scope and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion.
How to request a refund
Email __EMAIL__ with your name, registered phone number and payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days; bank processing times may add a few days.
Delivery of services
Everything we sell is delivered digitally: joining links, materials and built systems are delivered online. Nothing is shipped physically.
